625 Mt. Auburn
HFF was responsible for arranging financing for the multipurpose office space at 625 Mt. Auburn. I took part in preliminary strategy meetings with the deal directors and analysts that were on the project. Those teams then provided me with content for each page, which I formatted into a single cohesive identity. Once the initial pitch was completed, I designed additional printed and digital collateral, including the offering memorandum, tour guides, and eblasts, and deal toys.
